This ground floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico has sweeping views, and your own patio so you can walk right out to the white sandy beach! At 840 square feet, you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile and luxury plank flooring thru out the entire condo and a living/dining room looking right out to your patio. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances will be a joy to entertain in. A washer and dryer are located inside this unit for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Great stay as always!! Been here many years and always stay on the 1st floor... it can’t be beat! 106 was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. Only thing we found wrong was we couldn’t figure out how to get the light over the table to come on and one of the burners on the stove did not work. Neither of those things impacted our stay negatively and could have been user error lol. Will be back next year for sure!!

Location is only feet from the ocean. Love the unit & location. Had all the essentials of home away from home. Ben at the front desk was awesome & provided lots of information on things to do. Definitely coming back & staying here!
