It features tile & luxury plank flooring and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. A washer and dryer are located inside this unit for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. | This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

It was the best. We totally enjoyed our whole trip. The suite we had condo was beautiful.Have already planned our trip for next year. Same place same condo. It was so nice with the restaurants being in walking distance.. The beach wasn't over crowded so nice. The chairs and umbella was great.

Great location with easy access to all Destin has to offer. Perfect view of the beach being on the 3rd floor. Very private beach with plenty of room for all of your beach activities. This is our new favorite spot.

The location was perfect, the staff was friendly but the beds and the one sofa def need to be replaced, not sure how 6 people could fit comfortably in the living room. Also had to go to the chiropractor and massge place twice. Nice but def could use some updates to make sleeping accommodations a but more comfortable.
