Beautiful view and wonderful pool! Spacious and clean. Convenient to beach and other activities. Hooks for towels and wet suits would be the only suggestion. The Hermosa heights website advertises a swim up bar and gym which is not available.

This was a great place to stay. The view was fantastic and the property manager Alex was great to work with. Highly recommend this place.

My host was extremely slow in returning my mssages, up to 6-8 hours, even on days when he was working. 1- Construction imeediately below us, was not helpful2- Hot tub didn't work nor was I shown how to use it3- No hairdryer in the house at all, if so, was never shown4- WAY TOO MANY HOUSE KEYS, major pain and cumbersome5- NO LABELS on of the ten light switches in the main room, not helpful at all6- NOT 1 clock in any of the rooms is not helpful at all7- Wifi booster in bedroom 3 that I slept in, worked at all. 8- NEED SHOWER matts in the shower , the tile in the enitre HOME is extremely slick and my dad almost hit head on a toliet or sink due to the massively slippery floors all of the house. ** This was my least favorite house of all the ones I've rented previously for 10 yrears, I was NOT happy with house at all. Let alone the main road up the MTN literally next to the Master Bedroom with no definition in on the listing on VRBO site. Overall, a very poor experience. *** I would appreciate a Credit of some kind for ALL of the items to took time to report back on.
