This spacious 2BR/2BA condo (1,500 sq ft) has everything you need: a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, king beds in both bedrooms, smart TVs, fast WiFi, a queen sleeper sofa, and a relaxing screened lanai. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer, covered parking, elevator access, and a luggage cart.
We’ve thought of all the extras, too—cruiser bikes, beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and beach towels.

RESORT AMENITIES
Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.
Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional luxurious amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

The condo's prime location offers easy access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters that make this area a top vacation destination.
GATED COMMUNITY
This property is located in a secure, gated community, and a fob is required to access the gates. For your convenience, fob pickup is available 24/7 at our location on Manatee Avenue, making your arrival smooth and hassle-free.
Please note that the HOA does not permit on-site fob pickup. Unlike other property management companies that require guests to travel onto the island—often through heavy traffic—to retrieve access, we offer a more convenient option just off the island on Manatee Avenue.
LINEN PROGRAM
This property is part of our Professional Linen Program. At Coastal Chic Vacations, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality experience for our guests. Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. These linens are laundered in a commercial setting using only perfume and dye-free soaps, guaranteeing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

* You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
* Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
* The elevator is offered as a convenience and not as a guaranteed amenity. If the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be the only means of access to other floors. No refunds, discounts, or credits will be provided due to the elevator being unavailable.

Our stay at this beach apartment was wonderful. From the very first moment, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the attention to detail in the décor. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and everything works perfectly.
In addition, the atmosphere is very peaceful, ideal for disconnecting. The hosts were very attentive, responding quickly to our questions and ensuring that everything was in order. It’s a place we highly recommend without hesitation and one we will definitely return to on our next vacation.

Property was clean and as pictured. First time using Air B&B and all was smooth from booking to arrival and check-in. Great communication throughout the trip. Check out also easy. We will definitely be back as soon as possible!
