Lovely property on a lovely complex. Good location for the beaches only a short drive away. Nice touch having the beach chairs etc for our use. Condo was very clean and in great condition. Great communications with Coastal Chic vacations from booking to check out.

The place is beautiful and very spacious with lots of storage throughout. I would recommend updating the cooking pots and pans but other than that everything else was great.

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. It was spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area, and Manatee Beach was just a couple miles down the road. The rental company provided a website that had a ton of information, including suggestions on things to do and where to eat while staying there. They also provided the essentials for a day at the beach (chairs, umbrella etc). They were quick to respond to inquiries and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Right outside the pool and splash pad, which was great for the kids. Fantastic location, literally on the other side of the bridge into Anna Maria Island. Can’t get any closer unless you stayed on the island itself. Provided tons of suggestions and app to help make it a wonderful family stay!
