These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool overlooking the intercoastal, hot tub and beach area. Fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, kayaks with two launches, three additional private pools and a hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along the quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.
