Location, pool, large bedrooms and bathrooms, open living space.
Didn’t like having to take the trash out when we left, and that the trash compactor was outside the gated community and had a hard time finding it. Trash bags provided were VERY thin so bag tore easily. Also didn’t like having to get the fob to the property 2 miles away. They should consider having by the lock box just outside property for convenience.

We loved this property and location. Everything was well thought out. Having a storage location with beach necessities was so helpful. The pool was nice, only a couple of people at a time not crowded at all. Parking under the building was nice the car never god hot.
We liked everything. getting the keys wasn't a big deal once we read the instruction correctly. Not the properties issue was kind a pain finding a place to eat. Weekend traffic can be a pain.
