About this apartment rental

On the Costa Brava (Alt Empordà), 250 m from a set of beaches (Tonyines, Farella ...) and 1 km from the Port and the Vila de Llançà. In a 4-dwelling building built in 2005. It consists of 3 exterior rooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom and a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with access to a private garden of 90 m2, a bright living room of 25.5 m2 with sea views and a terrace of 32 m2, half covered, overlooking the bay of Port de la Selva. Capacity for 4 adults and 2/3 children. It has wifi, air conditioning, heating and private garage.
Located in a quiet residential area 5 'walk from a large supermarket and 10' from the two nuclei that make up the town of Llançà: the Port and the Vila, which have all the necessary services. Llançà, with wonderful and varied beaches, is surrounded by Natural Parks (Cap de Creus, l'Albera and Aiguamolls de l'Empordà), charming villages (Cadaqués, Perelada, Port de la Selva, Selva de Mar ...), emblematic Romanesque monuments (Monasteries of Sant Pere de Rodes and Sant Quirze de Colera, the Collegiate Church of Vilabertrán ...), of museums (Dalí de Figueras, House-museum of Salvador Dalí in Portlligat ...), of megalithic monuments, routes oenological ...
22 km from Figueras, 60 from Girona, 70 from Girona-Costa Brava Airport, 160 from Barcelona and 16 from France. All accessible from the Llançà railway station except the airport.

For the first week we were 4 adult friends in our 70s staying in Llanca without a car. We loved the views from the terrace and watching the amazing skies from sunrise to sunset and were even treated to a rainbow. An easy walk to two beaches. We walked to town for groceries and dining as we decided not to rent a car and used local taxis for day trips. It was a short walk to town that included an uphill climb that might be difficult for some with mobility issues. Because we did not speak Spanish we had a bit of trouble engaging taxis but got by with the kindness of strangers and Google translate! The place was immaculate and stocked with all the conveniences you needed. Joan Anton was very responsive when we had a scare about a lost wallet (which was later found) by contacting the police for us. Felix Garcia was the taxi driver we used the most and he took us to Port de la Selva and Cadaques as well as getting us to the train station with luggage. We also took the train to Figures. The second week two friends left and we were joined by my son and daughter-in-law from Germany who rented a car which simplified getting around and allowed us to see some of the many wonderful sights in the area. They included the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, a relaxing 2 hour boat trip from Cadaques, Pals and a wonderful organic winery in Selva de Mar, named Estela tucked in the hills and farmed for 35 years by a woman and her sons. We really loved this little corner of Spain!

The two week stay was perfect. Joan is a thoughtful host and very attentive to guest satisfaction. The announcement corresponds to what the house offers: large, very clean and welcoming, with a large terrace with sea view. A rental solution that I highly recommend

We returned for our second time because we fell in love with this condo and the location on our first stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Joan was a great and available host. The beaches were close by and the coastal pathways were spectacular. We hope to come again.

I can highly recommend Joan’s apartment. It is located 2 minutes away by foot from the sea. A supermarket is in the neighborhood and most important, the apartment itself is confortable, and well equipped. Joan is the kind of owner who wants his guests to enjoy their stay and does everything accordingly. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fruits, took time for us, and even contacted me after 24 hours to see if everything was ok. The region is beautiful, and great for people who like swimming, snorkeling and hiking! My family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you Joan!
