About this house rental
The "Terrace and Sea" House offers a large terrace and a beautiful view of the Sea and the Mountain. It is renovated and fully equipped.
On the first floor: 3 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a living room with equipped kitchen which opens onto the large terrace (with a plancha/barbecue).
Air-conditioned, it offers high quality comfort with new bedding.
The house is located at the end of a typical and quiet small street in the village of Cerbère.
The accommodation has several small stairs.
Tourist taxes are included.
Cleaning fees are not included. A cleaning option is possible for 100 euros to be paid on site on arrival. A cheque for this amount will be requested on arrival and returned if the cleaning has been carried out.
During this period, sheets and towels are not provided. New disposable mattress pads (for mattresses and pillows) are available on arrival.
Any additional person will be charged 80 euros/night.
Rental for 2 days minimum.
Remember to check that you have a resort clause in your insurance contract (it is essential so that you are covered in the event of a claim).
Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures around 10 a.m. Let us know the day before to agree on a schedule.
We will remain reachable by phone for any questions, as well as Stéphanie who will be on site.
