About this house rental
A charming little house just a 200-meter walk from the beach.
First floor: 35 m² living area with kitchen and living room (1 convertible chaise longue sofa), a 12 m² south-facing terrace (equipped with a motorized retractable awning), and a north-facing outdoor courtyard with a toilet, outdoor shower, and laundry area (with a washing machine).
First floor: a large south-facing bedroom with a 90-size bunk bed and a double bed (140), sea view; 1 north-facing bedroom with a double bed (140).
Second Floor: A converted attic under the roof with one double bed (140), two single beds, and two armchairs. This room has a skylight, but it can get very hot in the summer.
The house is very pleasant and very well located on a cul-de-sac near the lower part of the village and the shops; the train station is 500m away. There is little traffic on the cul-de-sac, so children can play in front of the house. Everything is within walking distance. The house can sleep a large number of guests, but we limit occupancy to a maximum of 8 people. Ideal for 2 families.
Please note that the house does not have air conditioning or a television. However, 4G reception is very good.
