Vacation home featuring two separate, fully equipped vacation apartments with balconies and a terrace on a large, fenced-in property with a garden and parking for two cars. The perfect place for a vacation with friends and family.
Idyllically and quietly situated in the middle of an olive grove and at the foot of the Pyrenees; the ideal starting point for biking and hiking tours, relaxing days at the beach, or excursions to the nearby picturesque towns of Empuriabrava, Roses, Cadaqués, Porto de la Selva, or across the border to France.
For water lovers, the town beaches in Roses, St. Margarita, and Empuriabrava offer a wide range of water sports. The natural beach La Rubina is particularly suitable for those seeking peace and quiet and is designated as a dog-friendly beach. All four beaches are easily accessible in about 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike.
Restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance, and the nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes on foot. A bus stop for the three bustling tourist destinations—
Roses, St. Margarita, and Empuriabrava—is located right at the entrance to the residential complex.
Each air-conditioned apartment features a living room with a large sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, and LED smart TV; a bedroom with a large double bed, built-in closets, and a small balcony; a bathroom with a shower and natural light; a fully equipped kitchen; and a 25-square-meter terrace—partly covered—with a spectacular view of the Pyrenees and the Gulf of Roses or direct access to the garden. The 400-square-meter fenced-in garden offers space for undisturbed sunbathing and barbecuing, as well as secure parking for two cars.
The air conditioning units can be used for both cooling and heating. This makes the apartment ideal for both summer and winter vacations.
Occupancy: 4 adults and up to 4 children.
Upon request and for a fee, bed linen and towel packages can be provided on-site with advance notice.
Bed linen: 12 per person,
Towel package (small towel and bath towel): 14 per person
There is a charge of 10 euros per stay for internet use.
Small dogs weighing up to 10 kg are permitted. Please understand that an additional cleaning and disinfection fee of 50,- applies to bookings with pets.
