Wohnung hat eine optimale Lage. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und in den Ort. Gemütliche kleine Anlage mit tollem Pool. Bus fährt fast direkt vor der Tür, tolle Anbindung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen DANKE. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en el apartamento. Bien conservado, bien equipado. Alojamiento ideal para 4 personas, para más lo veo justo…
Comunidad muy respetuosa y tranquila. Piscina perfecta para pasar buenos ratos. Buena ubicación aunque cierto que da a la carretera y es algo estresante…hay que acostumbrarse.
Mobiliario y electrodomésticos en buen estado. Solo habría que ir pensando en cambiar el sofá cama del comedor..bastante incómodo. No pretendo tener el de mi casa..pero al fin y al cabo también vamos a descansar 😉

Ubicación y trato con la propietaria muy bueno. Precio muy razonable teniendo en cuenta que tiene una buena piscina colectiva y aire acondicionado. Apartamento y mobiliario (con casi todo lo necesario) en buen estado, con una buena distribución y aprovechamiento del espacio del piso. Pueden dormir correctamente 6 personas, y dispone hasta de una cuna adicional.

L'appartement est conforme à la description : confortable, bien agencé, proche de la plage, des promenades, des commerces... La propriétaire, bien que n'étant pas sur place, est très disponible et répond rapidement. L'accès au garage est en forte pente et difficile pour des voitures basses (nous avons abîmé les bas de caisse) mais reste un plus. Llança est très agréable et donne envie d'y revenir, notre séjour a donc été une réussite totale !
