Close to a marina, the sea, and more, this welcoming villa brings it all within reach. With convenient covered onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 25-minute drive to Poetto Beach or the 30-minute drive to Port of Cagliari.

Mario’s place is perfect on every level. The place was immaculate when we got there. The checkin process was very easy and Mario provides suggestions for many places to visit and eat. The pool has a deep end and is cleaned daily. If you’re planning on leaving the property, rent a car. There is private gated parking. We will reach out to Mario next time we are in Cagliari.
