This lovely beach house is perfect for your escape to the coast, with a large deck, ocean views, and nearby beach access! Plus, it has modern conveniences, such as a proper kitchen and flatscreen TVs. Kid-friendly extras include a crib, high chair, and Pack 'n Play.
There is much to do in the area - hiking, biking, and walking the boardwalk to downtown Seaside.
Or stay in and watch the waves roll in. Sometimes whales, dolphins, and other sea life come into the cove, and this home has a front-row seat. The unique side view of the cove presents an unusual scene where you can view surfers shoot by as they ride the waves. Sandy beach access is only .2 miles down the road. Seaside is close by and has much to offer. Boats, kayaks, bikes, motorscooters, and pedal cars are available for rent nearby. You might visit the Aquarium, try zip lines, or play a round of golf.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The view is redeeming and the proximity to the ocean was fabulous! The house is spacious but “dated”. The kitchen is functional but no lids that mate with cook wear: better to throw it all out and take a trip to Costco to put in play kitchen utensils a family can use.
Bedrooms had what appeared to be fresh sheets and pillow cases, the blankets seemed unclean. This is far from high end hospitality and needs to be upgraded. Very nice neighborhood.

The way this house sits gives you a panoramic view of Seaside and even Washington. We were there over the 4th of July and the firework show went on for hours - it was amazing! We saw it all.
The inlet/cove the home overlooks on the ocean appears to be a feeding ground for Orca's and wildlife. It blew us away what we saw sitting on our deck on the daily. We saw whales every day and lot's of them. They hung there for hours.
The local team is also amazing and did a wonderful job in making the house perfect for our stay. We very much appreciated them.
It you want a good breakfast or lunch we highly recommend "The Osprey" down the road. Incredible food and service.
We ALL love it and want to come back soon. Thank you for sharing your home and thank you Vacasa for taking such good care of us!
