This stylishly updated oceanfront home in a coveted location on the natural pathway of the Seaside Promenade is a perfect retreat for your family

You’ll enjoy walks right out the door along a dune-grass-lined pathway to sea breezes, gorgeous views of Tillamook head, crashing surf and miles of sandy beach. You can also walk the Prom to the center of town, where Seaside’s shopping, dining and amusements will engage the whole family. After a day of beach exploration make sure to stop by the newly added outside shower. You’ll be glad to retreat to this spacious, contemporary home with fantastic ocean views over gently sloping dunes.
The living room, bathed in ocean light, boasts modern furniture, hardwood floors, a rustic stone fireplace and a large flat-screen smart TV. The dining room has an area that can seat 12 and adjoins a gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. The three main-level bedrooms sleep seven and share a full and half bath that have been recently remodeled. For added privacy, the lower level has a sitting room with a flat screen TV, fully remodeled bath, and two bedrooms only accessible through an outside entrance.
The upper back deck has both a gas and charcoal barbeque. An outdoor shower is located on the southside of the house.

Nice house in a nice location. A bit close to adjacent properties but that's to be expected in a coastal destination town like Seaside. The downstairs access was a little awkward and the ceiling is rather low, but the description explained the access part at least.Check in time (4PM) was pretty late IMO (and check out was also early at 10AM). I asked if we could check in a couple hours early and was denied. Then I saw I had received an email previously stating the property was going to be vacant the day before we arrived, so we could stay an extra day for 50% off. These two events add up - in mind - to them saying no you can't check in early unless you pay for half an extra day. Even though it had been empty. This policy is rather off putting to be honest. Would I come back? Probably. But this will factor into the decision when looking for places to stay.

Before entering the house, there was a huge wasp nest under the deck and wasps were active. We called and request for removal but they were not able hire professional. We had kids and some of us were allergic to bee stings. They did offer 200 refund but never gave it back! The upstairs of the house was nice and updated. Rooms were small but tolerable. Basement was outdated. You have to get out of the house to enter the basement. The view was perfect and location was great!
