Beautiful single-family house "Agula Marina". 800 m from the centre of Moriani-Plage, on the outskirts, 10 km from the centre of Folelli, 40 km from the centre of Bastia, in the residential district, 800 m from the sea. Private: garden 1'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, swimming pool (8 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with shutter cover. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop 1.1 km, sandy beach "Moriani Plage" 800 m. Please note: car recommended.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower, 2 sep. WC's. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed, patio. für eine Erkundung der Ostseite Korsikas ist dieses Haus prima gelegen. Die Küche könnte etwas großzügiger ausgestattet sein, leider waren auch nur 2 Sonnenliegen vorhanden, ansonsten alles prima! Die Schlüsselhalter wohnen gegenüber, sind aber sehr nett und diskret.
