Private: large garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2.5 km, café 1.2 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Mandello del Lario" 2.2 km, pebble beach 2.7 km.
