The house is 150m above the lake on the southeastern shore of Lake Maggiore in the Gambarogno hills. Magnificent panoramic view of Ascona, Locarno, the lake and the mountains. It is surrounded by a large garden of 2000m2 with a swimming pool of 24m2. 4 ½ room apartment and studio each have a separate patio with grill. The property is in a quiet area, bordered by a stream on one side and by the forest on the other. A long staircase leads from the street to the house. There are two parking spaces available. The basement is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Both units can be rented together.
