Overall a very nice place to stay. Central to some other places we wanted to visit. If you like being right on the private beach and are okay with driving to some other fun in the area then I highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here last year, but decided this year was even better. The location of our rooms were perfect to walk on the beach early in the morning, to enjoy the pool during the day, and to marvel at the sunset in the evening. The kitchen was packed with supplies to make sure our “home cooking” was easy, and the modern decor was lovely. We also appreciated the two sleeping areas and the two televisions.

Although the office and maintenance staff were excellent, we have issues with the unit. The photos on the website prior to booking were everything we had hoped for. After booking the bedroom and bathroom photos changed. This happened to us last year with unit 245. We are in our 70's and booked a walk-in shower as pictured. We were disappointed both times to find step-in tubs with no grab bar - very dangerous for us. Sure seems like a bait and switch tactic RVA is using.
