I’m a repeat visitor and remain generally satisfied with the Silver Sands Gulf Beach Resort. However, your housekeeping service has greatly deteriorated over the years. Beds not made, linens/towels not changed even upon request, trash not emptied, toiletries and kitchen supplies not replenished, floors poorly swept.
