Comfortable beds and bedrooms, great seating areas, rooftop deck was basic but all you need. In an area with nicer bars and restaurants. Just a short walk down the street to a rowdier scene. Host was awesome.

More often than not listings show you amazing pictures and you arrive and it’s not.This place is the polar opposite, this place OVER DELIVERED in every aspect.From Eric to Randi, they took care of us better than family. I WILL NEVER stay at another place in Louisville that’s not this home. We were 9 and everyone was blown away. I’m not sure we even saw everything it offered. If you’re looking for a great central spot for a group where you can all be together without feeling bunched or tight this is it.Book it NOW

This place was amazing! Perfect space and size for entertaining. The rooftop patio was a great feature to the property. Very private up there with beautiful sunsets over the bridge! Location was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Lots of distilleries & restaurants to accommodate everyones wishes! Would highly recommend & would love to visit again!

9 of us stayed here as home base for three days on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Eric is great to work with and the loft is a great space with a lot of room for people to spread out if they want their privacy. The air conditioning worked great for as warm as it was in late June. Ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs master suite could help. The room closest to the front downstairs could use something for holding suitcases like a luggage rack or dresser or table. I would stay here again.

This place was great for a group event, as we did some activities both in the downtown area and outside of the city. The loft is beautiful and in a great location. We had a big group for a bourbon tour weekend. My only nit would be that some of the bedrooms were cool and some too hot. It's difficult to regulate the temperature in these older lofts. I would go back!

Eric was extremely helpful and easy to contact. The property was accurately listed and worked out perfectly. Our group had a blast in Louisville - and we even left a little bourbon for the rest of the town.

This property is as shown in the photos. It’s spacious, comfortable and pretty clean. The location is outstanding, walkable to downtown restaurants and bars. Four of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and a fifth bedroom does not. There are three sitting areas and a nice rooftop patio. The kitchen is well equipped. I think it’s a perfect spot for four couples to share. Great common areas, and yet the bedrooms are spaced apart for privacy. The largest bedroom upstairs had nowhere to hang our clothes, which was very inconvenient. Also, check all the bathrooms for equal distribution of towels as we only had two in our bathroom and no washcloths. I figured that out at the end of the trip when we were doing a sweep to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. There are parking garages nearby but we were able to park on the street right by the condo. The property manager, Eric, was easy to work with and there was good communication. I definitely recommend this property.

Came for a bachelor party to see some of the bourbon trail, and this listing made for a great home base. Max 20 min walk to all the Louisville distilleries, and close to the highways for easy travel to out of town stuff. Realtively quiet neighborhood for our weekend, but close enough to nightlife to be a good thing. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property was fantastic! We were with our 3 adult children and spouses to celebrate a long weekend drinking some good Bourbon. The suites take up the 4th and 5th floors with 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom and 4/5 share a bathroom. There are 3 common areas a huge kitchen table and bar stools. The outside deck is private and excellent. The pro[rrty. Anger Eric was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. The location is great as we walked everywhere (Except to NuLu). We ate at Crows, Merles, Mussel and Birger Bar, Guacamole and Proof on Main. All great spots. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Booked this location for a bachelor party and cannot say how much we all liked it. One of the best places we all have stayed. We spent a lot of time on the private rooftop and enjoyed cooking out the first night we were there. It is also right in the mix for anywhere you want to walk or scooter to. Parking is also a breeze. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of and very responsive. This is a great spot and you and your guests will love it!

We had a group of college friends who got together for a guy’s weekend. This was a great spot - very clean, and the property was exactly as shown in the photos. Great kitchen, 3 separate tv/sitting areas, and the bedroom setup allows for everyone to have their own space and bathrooms. Walking distance to several bourbon stops, bars and local attractions. Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive to all questions and helpful.
