When you’re not out on the town, this newly remodeled Suite offers a luxurious rest and ample space for entertaining or reconnecting with old friends. Each kitchen is outfitted with a coffee/tea bar for you to enjoy year round warmth! There are 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy a street walk, a bottle of wine or a game night with those you love. Smart Tv’s are located throughout the suite with the option to add any streaming platform from your phone. High speed WIFI runs throughout the Suite making sure that if you need to get work done or relax, it’s there. Bachelor/Bachelorette/Family groups/Business trip? They're all perfect for this location! During the weekend, a lot of families visit the slugger museum and science center just a few blocks away. Many bourbon tours leave regularly from our location. This property is very nice! The location is great. It’s steps from a parking garage which was incredibly convenient since we had 6 cars and 15 people. There are tons of restaurants and activities within walking distance but driving around was pretty easy too. The lobby is under construction but the access was relatively clean. Luggage carts were available at the front door and if lucky, there is temporary parking in front for unloading/loading. There were 3 “masters”, 2 full baths, and a twin bedroom on the first floor. (perfect for our older vacationers) the kitchen/living room space was well stocked and laid out. The upstairs bunk room was great for kids or adults since built-ins, not flimsy bunks. And the room without a door was around a corner so it was actually pretty private. The terrace on top was very nice and relaxing. Interactions with Amanda, the owner, were very responsive. She did a great job of working with us quickly to address any issues. Special shout out to Zack, the maintenance guy, who was a lifesaver. The AC system really struggled with the 100 degree heat so the upstairs was pretty hot and humid. He talked with AC service to make some adjustments and got us several fans to help. The decor was very pretty and the toiletries provide smelled wonderfully. Despite the temp issues, I would definitely book this suite or another by Amanda. Can’t wait to come back when the lobby is done, it will be beautiful if our suite is any indication.

The house was perfect we enjoyed our stay and being able to walk and grab food in any direction after leaving. The price was great for what we got thank you so much for having such a delightful place.

This was the perfect space for our bachelor party. The host was super accommodating. The fire tables on the rooftop ran out of propane and they had maintenance there the next morning to replace them for us. Thanks for a great experience!

The Stay was great, unique downtown Penthouse with ammenities. The only downside in mind is the building itself, which is out of the owners control. Really tight hallways, construction on the first floor, elevator stopped working during the stay etc..
