Love Churchill Downs? This large and lovely 3rd floor suite has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and captures the nostalgia of the track with the bonus of fabulous River & Main Street views. You would be hard pressed to find a suite with this much living/dining space and a fully equipped upscale kitchen. Sleeps 13: 1 King Ensuite w/Queen sleeper, 2 Queen bedrooms, cozy bunk room w/4 Twins, & convertible sleeper in the living room. 3 large bathrooms round out this suite. Sleeps 13

Spent 5 days in this lovely place. The space was perfect for our family - loved the kids all had rooms and bathrooms close to each other, while my husband and I could retreat in the back room for some peace and quiet. Plenty of room for the 8 of us, great kitchen space, and loved that we could all be in one area hanging out together. The location was perfect - easy walking to restaurants, river walk, etc. We had one small issue but the owners responded immediately and helped us through it. Check-in and out was easy. We had a great time and hope to make it back!

Ten buddies stayed here to visit the bourbon trail and enjoy Louisville for the weekend. The property was as advertised and an amazing location! Tons of room, lot of light and great views of both Main St and the Ohio River. You are only a short walk from Slugger Museum and several distilleries!! The property managers were extremely communicative and easy to work worth. I highly recommend this property!

First of all, this listing is inaccurate because the place is way larger in person than it looks in the pictures. We had a 9 person poker game around that kitchen table and 8 grown men had no time sleeping and showering here for 2 days. Everything about this place was thoughtful. The decor, the full length mirrors, the bathrooms, the furniture. One of the rare places that feels like a high end hotel. But sadly, I didn't see much of Louisville because everything we wanted to do was a short few blocks from this location. Parking was also incredibly easy though too. I wish all short term rentals were as nice as this.

Enjoyed a fun bourbon filled weekend with 3 couples to celebrate milestone birthdays and anniversaries! Location of 713 Main was perfect - walked everywhere we needed to go and bourbon trail tour picked us up right outside! The Churchill was the perfect place for our inaugural boys trip to Louisville. Perfect proximity for walks to local distilleries, restaurants, and quick Uber rides to the rest of Louisville’s other neighborhoods and destinations (Churchill Downs) .The property was updated, spacious, clean, and easily had room for the 5 of us. It also had views of Main St from the primary bedroom and the Ohio river from the family room. I’ll also note property management was engaged and easily accessible throughout. Highly recommending this property to all.

I booked this place for 8 guys for a bachelor party and as all of us walked in, we were in awe! The master overlooks main st and the living room overlooks the river. Beds were very comfortable. Everything you'd need in a stay we had here. The elevator ride up to the loft opens into the living space so you get somewhat of a "penthouse suite" vibe. I'd recommend for 7-8 people that want beds but there were accommodations for about 13 as the listing says. We were walking distance to nearly all of the main bars/restaurants and distilleries. Michters and Louisville slugger factory museum could be seen from the street out front. Overall, definitely a classy place to stay!

Our group of seven had a great stay at The Churchill. Check in was seamless, and the condo was perfectly laid out for our group of four ladies and three men (three couples total plus one). The location of the property is perfect, it was absolutely spotless, and the entertaining space was ideal for our night tasting bourbon, making cocktails and having dinner and appetizers. I will mention that if you're a light sleeper, it's very easy to hear footsteps from the condo above and you can hear people in the elevators/stairwells very easily as well. But, we had enough bourbon not to care too much and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Louisville!

My friends and family had the best time in Louisville at the 713! The unit was perfectly located being walking distance from museums like Louisville slugger and distilleries such as Peerless Distillery or the Evan Williams Experience. The Churchill lived up to its name as you are embraced in Churchill Downs themed decor throughout. The view of the river did not disappoint and the owners were great people who were always available if we had any questions about the property and even provided suggestions on Louisville itself. 10/10 and we would certainly book again!
