About this house rental
Fully restored after hurricane Helene, this property is only steps to the white sandy beach. This spacious, charming tropical vacation rental is made for you and your family with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The floor plan has a large, comfortable living room that opens up to the dining room and kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two spacious bedrooms with king size beds and a queen bed in the third room.
Two bathrooms, one extra large with tub/shower and plenty of room, while the other is accessible from the master bedroom and has a single shower. This property is ideally located on the north end of Clearwater Beach (consistantly named top 10 beach in the US and worldwide). Just a one minute easy walk to the pristine gulf beach where you will enjoy warm tropical breezes, sugar sand beach and the worlds most famous sunsets! While you are ideally located in the quiet residential area of north beach, you are within walking distance of Pier 60, restaurants, marina and shopping. Private parking, outside porch, beach chairs, beach towels and a gas grill will make your stay a home away from home. Trolley service goes by the house every 30 minutes to all beach activities, shops and restaurants, as well as other local beaches. Air conditioning, cable, smart TV & wireless internet access provide comfort for your stay. The Clearwater family aquatic center is located just down the street where there is an olympic size pool with attached children's play area with slides, squirting water jets and waterfalls - plenty of room for sunbathing, large umbrellas for shade and family picnic areas. Ask us for free passes to the pool. Tennis and pickleball courts are located less than a mile from the property.
For larger groups, consider also renting the Sandpiper, and enjoy being together at one location. With both rentals you could accommodate 12 guests.

If there is damage to the rental property during your stay, you may be charged up to $1000.00. If the property is left in an undesirable condition, additional cleaning may be charged.

This was a great house for our little family! Our dog absolutely loved it there, especially with the dog friendly beach access so close. Easy street walking, hardly any traffic, and only 1 block directly across from the front door to get to the beach. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, and with the blinds closed it stayed fairly cool through the Florida heat wave. It was a nice perk to have the extra beach supplies provided out back. There's hoses close by to spray everything down, and an outside shower to clean off which we appreciated.Our family was staying further down the beach but the trolley was really easy to ride to go meet up with them and hang out. It's a cute, quiet, relatively private neighborhood away from all the chaos and crowds further down the beach. Mary Helen was great with communication and very helpful. If we come back to Clearwater we would definitely stay here again.

My husband, adult son, non-shedding Aussie doodle and I loved our stay in this property in the N part of Clearwater Beach. Less than a few minutes walk from this clean, beautifully decorated home was the wide, beautiful part of N Clearwater Beach that is definitely pet-friendly. The owners have divided their home with entry into the laundry room into 2 sides for rental properties. We used the larger side with 3 BR for the 3 of us and our dog. They have 1 code for the common area, then utilize a personal code to enter into the very well-equipped kitchen on the side we rented. There are TV's in both the larger BR, and a large FR TV with Fubo. All the streaming apps I joined during our stay automatically ended with the date/time of our departure which was so very helpful. Although restaurants are a long walk away (especially with our dog in the heat!), Ubers are easy to attain for when we ventured out for suppertime. There is a large grocery store about 15 minutes away by car which had everything we needed for our stay. Although there was some seaweed initially on the beach, that cleared quickly and our daily times on the beach were outstanding. The sunsets are incredible, and we enjoyed our day trip down the coast to Pass-a-Grille beach dog park. You cannot go wrong staying in this beautiful part of the gulf coastline! For a relaxing, quiet residential part of N Clearwater Beach we loved our stay. Our hosts were gracious and quick to respond for any questions.

This comes from a longtime beach vacation rental homeowner myself.
Pros - great location. Cute house, good layout. Friendly owner/property manager. Easy check-in.
Cons - AC struggles to keep the house cool in summer heat. BBQ gas line outside was leaking gas, I notified the owner. Second king bedroom mattress had springs poking into us. Bathtub mat had mold on it. Shower water temp inconsistent, sometimes gets hot. Several outlets that plugs loosely fit, dangerous for young children.
A good house, just needs attention to update comfort, safety and cleanliness.
