For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: garden furniture, garden table, barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden, private and enclosed, mainly south-facing
- A terrace at the front of the house
- A 25 m² south-facing terrace on the garden side, where you can enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle, in very quiet, pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Visits to wine châteaux (Le Grand Verdus, Camarsac, Malherbes, etc.)
- La Calinésie aquatic centre about 25 minutes' drive away (26.2 km)
- Écomusée du Libournais about 5 minutes' drive away (3.8 km)
- Discover the many lakes in the area and the river "l'Isle" with its nearby beach

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (up to 2 vehicles) and in the courtyard (1 vehicle) of the house.

- Nearest train station: Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle station, about 10 minutes' walk (850 m).
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux Mérignac, about 58 minutes by car (73.2 km)
