You have direct views of the Howelsen Hill ski jump across the Yampa River, and can enjoy watching people ski and ride day into night. One dedicated parking spot and one block away to the free bus which will get you around town or over to the Steamboat Ski area.

Absolutely loved it. Walking distance to everything we need. No longer skiers so we are all about food and drink. We parked our car and did not need it until we left on Thursday. Def be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was impeccably clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts thought of everything, including a bottle of delicious wine. The communication was excellent. The location of the condo could not have been better. Excellent restaurants and a riverwalk across the street, which we enjoyed daily. We can’t say enough great things about our stay. Thank you and we’ll be back!

very clean and well located in Steamboat. We walked most places. Bedrooms were warm at night. There were fans to use however.

This was a great location to ski slopes and shopping. Property was very clean, and had amazing views. I would definitely stay here again.
