Book your extended Steamboat stay at this downtown charmer! Enjoy the sounds of Butcher Knife creek flowing through this peaceful spot in Old Town. This newly renovated, single family home offers tranquility with the convenience of being downtown. It's located just five blocks to Lincoln Avenue and only two blocks from Stehley Park and Butcher Knife Canyon Trail. Steamboat Ski Resort is a short 3.5 miles and 10 minute drive.
The functional floor plan includes a master bedroom with a king size bed, attached full bathroom, and a desk and office chair. The second bedroom holds a queen bed plus a second queen bed in the loft (ladder access). The loft also has an additional smart TV. The second full bath is located off the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked and accommodating for longer stays. Among the appliances provided, there's a wine/beverage refrigerator, gas oven, and a Kitchen Aid mixer. An outdoor grill is located on the deck for your use.
