Located on a quiet dead-end street, you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting while staying close to everything.
A scenic trail near the end of the street follows Butcher Knife Creek and leads to a dog park about a block away.
Downtown is about a 10-minute walk with local shops, restaurants, and access to the Yampa River’s paved walking and biking trail. Strawberry Park Hot Springs and Buffalo Pass are just a 15–20 minute drive.

Great property and Tom was an excellent host (kind and quick/easy to communicate with). The property was even nicer than what you see in the pictures - we will rent 58 Spruce again if we come back to town.

Beautiful home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just blocks away from downtown. We loved the walkable dog park one block away. Clean and comfortable home with luxurious beds. We'll definitely be back. Tom was a great host!
