Luxury Condo within walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and bars.

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo! The location is absolutely perfect with walkability to everything Steamboat has to offer. The condo was modern, clean and comfortable. It was great to have a designated parking space. The condo was quiet with the excpetion of the late night crowd at the bars across the street. The owner provided white-noise speakers in both bedrooms and that helped a ton. There are giant windows with views of the Yampa River and Howelson Hill. In the summer, the farmers market is right out front! So awesome! We walked everywhere! It was perfect for us and our two adult children. Great place for a great price. At the last minute we realized we could use a little more time, and the owner so graciously agreed to a slightly later check out. Very positive experience! We would highly recommend!

This condo was top notch with very nicely designed modern finishes. The kitchen was well stocked with new and high quality items. This is not a situation where the host puts a bunch of extra old kitchen items in the drawers and cabinets! We cooked our meals and had everything we need. It was very clean with nice towels and bedding. The large windows gave us great views of the lively area and Howelsen Hill. The location couldn't be better. Restaurants for all tastes and budgets are right out the door, and downtowns main street is only one block away with a days worth of cute shops. In less than 2 blocks you can catch a few shuttle to the ski area base. The hot springs are close too! Highly recommend!

My family of 5 had the best stay here! It was exactly as advertised — clean and comfortable. And super well located downtown, within easy walking distance to great restaurants and even a playground for the kids. A few little details really made this rental stand out: top notch pour over coffee maker and coffee grounds sugar, laundry detergent a stock of basic personal care items (toothbrushes, soap) in case you forget anything, and then lots of hooks in the bathrooms and closets (something I feel like most rentals are lacking!). Beds were comfy, sofa was so cozy, and everything worked perfectly. Thank you, Matt and family, for sharing your home with us!
