With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

My sister and I stayed here for three nights because we went to a Dave Matthews Band concert at credit one stadium on Daniel Island. We really thought it was super cute and had a lot of charm. It was very clean and the property manager was very communicative. We were pretty much able to walk everywhere that we wanted to except for the actual concert, but we took the ferry and it was perfect. Charleston is a beautiful town and this place was great!

Our 2 night stay in Charleston was fantastic, the property is a lovely traditional villa conversion which has been very nicely furnished, has original hardwood floors and nice furnishings and is fitted with good quality kitchen and shower room, we found most amenities such as coffee, olive oil, washer tablets and bathroom soaps etc all provided. The terrace gets the sun from early afternoon into evening and is a perfect place to relax with a drink after a long hot day downtown, which about a 30-40 min stroll away. The host is very prompt with communication I would definitely recommend this place for one or two couples for your trip.

We loved staying at this rental. We kept our car parked the entire stay and walked most places. Uber/Lyft are always available if needed as well. The rental has everything you would need for a quick trip to Charleston. Having a washer & dryer was a plus. Host was very responsive and made check in simple.
