The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

This was a very nice two story, 3 bed, 2 bath apartment located in a nice area and not to far from downtown. It was very clean and well appointed. We were appreciative that parking was available behind the building.

A very nice place to stay, clean, easy to get to and very close to everything. The street noise in front of the house and the college kids partying behind us was very loud but we were made aware of this before staying so it was expected. The main reason I picked this house was because they had off street parking for 2 vehicles, every other place was a “fend for yourself” parking situation so that really sold me on this house as parking is hard to come by in downtown. Really great place and we would stay again.
