This downstairs unit of a Charleston single is great for everyone . The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.
The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

The house was perfect for 4 friends traveling together. We each had our own room and bath. Everything was comfortable. We didn’t cook there but we easily could have. The kitchen had all of the usual appliances, etc. Having a washer and dryer was awesome.

located on corner near bus stop & traffic light. lots of noise pollution. listing description states there is ‘complimentary’ parking for two vehicles which isn’t true. check-in message stated to park in assigned pay-to-park lot & would be ‘reimbursed at end of stay’ — messaged host about being reimbursed 42 (2 cars for two days) & no response from them — also no ‘reimbursement’ in my account either — deceiving.
