About this house rental
Summary:
At Island Treasure you will be able to catch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your balcony and the beach is just steps away from your private beach access! Relax in the living room while taking in the view from wall to wall windows of water views! Enjoy the spacious 3B/4B home that is decorated both beautifully and comfortably! Wonderful location close to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and more! You'll have a great time and a relaxing vacation at Island Treasure!
The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay
Guest Access:
park in driveway for unit 1A
this is a duplex and is completely separate and private from the unit above it. This unit is the entire first floor and half the second. THere is an elevator.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents.
Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo
-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town
-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.
-Uber cars and taxi's are also available
Other Things to Note:
There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

This rental was lovely! It had very high quality and comfortable furniture. The kitchen had very nice appliances and was well stocked. They had many games and books provided too. The location is wonderful. The only issue we had was that the half bath toilet filled very slowly. But there are two other bathrooms so this wasn’t much of an issue for us. We would definitely stay in this rental again!

This is a great oceanfront property that is just a block or two away from the boardwalk, restaurants and the carnival. The interior has been beautifully updated and it offers many comforts for your stay. It was also great to have a private access point to the beach. My one gripe is that it is a duplex and the property layout is “different”. The listing isn’t entirely straightforward about that. The portion we rented turned out to be the first floor and half of the second floor. We were a bit disappointed about the surprise of having others above us, and the fact that the oceanfront views were partially obstructed by the sand dunes except from one secondary bedroom. While I think a revised property description is necessary to help manage renters expectations, the property is lovely in many ways and the location within Carolina Beach is hard to beat.

The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The two balconies had great views. The beach was right there with a nice wooden walkway. The communication with the property management was awesome! Close to the boardwalk and walkable to many things.
