About this house rental
Amazing entertaining sports themed deck on the water with covered outdoor grilling area and boat dock. This 2800 square foot home is perfect for entertaining with an upstairs game room including a Pac Man game, foosball table and tons of outdoor and board games. Newly remodeled with three 75" smart TV's and three 60" smart TV's plus great wireless internet inside and at the dock. Hot tub and fire pit outside with covered patio with expansive seating and plenty of room. 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms including two large baths and two walk in closets in the master with sliding barn doors throughout. This will sleep 10 comfortably but we will include air mattresses for extra guests. The master has remote control blinds to a panoramic view of the lake. There is also an office/study that can accommodate more guests along with a futon sofa in the game area. This home was decorated and furnished by a professional designer and is completely stunning.
We have a lighted low incline walk path with railing leading you down to the dock and outdoor grilling area on the water. There you will find outdoor furniture, gas fire pit, covered grill, refrigerator and large screen TV with marble high top bar.
The interior of the home is fully remodeled with quartz countertops, new fixtures and has an in house bar area stocked with all the supplies/amenities you will need for cooking, entertaining etc. We also include all linens, towels, dishes and even beach towels.
We are located in a private, safe neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac where you have lake views from all angles. You can enjoy boating, fishing and water sports as well as boat rentals nearby. If you choose to dock a boat there is a covered dock and boat tie ups for two and a jet ski lift as well.
This is a great home and location for any event and convenient to many restaurants and activities in Hot Springs. Magic Springs is in close driving distance and has both a theme and water park. Oaklawn racetrack and Casino is also nearby for live and simulcast racing as well as a full casino. There are also many parks and museums in close proximity.
We love spending time here with friends and family and are happy to share with others to create the memories we have.
*It is important to note that every mid November to early March they do a lake draw where water is drained and the levels are affected.

We planned our trip very last minute finding this beautiful gem 2 days prior to arrival date.... this house is truly amazing allowing entertainment, privacy and beautiful scenery....we had a group of 12 which the house accommodated perfectly.... the house had everything we needed and more....

This is a lovely spot on Lake Hamilton. The area is so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed our visit and would come back!
