Enjoy panoramic nearly circumferential lake views from this single floor, 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation home situated on a Lake Hamilton peninsula. With a brand new Cool-deck composite deck swimming platform on one side and a new pool and hot tub on the other, this almost 4000-square-foot home is an ideal Hot Springs retreat for up to 14+ guests. Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas ensure there’s room for everyone. You won’t need to leave.
Spend your time swimming, boating, or just relaxing. Plan an excursion for hiking, at local bathhouses for a spa day, golfing, or in downtown Hot Springs less than 10 miles away.

Pool will be scheduled to open from mid-March through the end of October barring atypical weather extremes. Pool may be heated for additional fee in the spring and fall if temperatures allow. Costs are $150 for 1-3 days, $250 for 3-5 days. If you choose to heat the pool we will turn the heater on prior to your arrival of the day you check in and turn the heater off around bedtime the last night of your stay.
***Consistent Heating****: Once requested, the pool must be heated throughout the entire stay. The heater will be set at 85 degrees and will run continuously unless the temperature reaches 85 degrees. Our pool heater is an electric heat pump and will not work with maximum efficiency unless the air temperatures are *****60 DEGREES or more*** so forecasted temperatures should be considered. We would highly recommend that you look at the forecast for your stay and decide if you would like to heat the pool close to the time of your stay.

Everything was perfect! We were very happy with the layout of the home and the amenities! There were 8 adults and 6 children ranging from 5 years to 13 years old. The kiddos really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. We also enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! The location was perfect! The views were spectacular! We hope to return.

Didn’t use the pool or hot tub. Had some guests that had trouble navigating the steps entering the house. Thought it was one level except going into the living area. We were able to manage.

Really need to include information regarding tri level floor plan. Maybe I missed that but it was really too many steps and stairs for 6 74 year olds. Location is perfect. View is perfect. House could use a few more closets or hooks in some of the bedrooms for hanging clothes. We had a great time and loved the deck and water view. Very peaceful. Host was very helpful. No complaints. Just need fewer levels for our particular group.

First - the host was extremely attentive and was easy to communicate with the entire trip (even before the trip). Brian got back with me immediately and did his best to rectify any issues. He was very thoughtful and had sympathy flowers delivered to the house after we checked in due to a death in the family. We appreciated his attentiveness and thoughtfulness. Good host!!! Location was great. The cons... we were not impressed with the condition of the house. Upon arrival, there were bugs (midges) EVERYWHERE on the outside of the house. There was obviously zero attempt to clean any of the bugs up prior to arrival. Someone could have at least swept up the millions of dead midges all over the porch and door and windows. They were EVERYWHERE. Including - inside the house! We were disgusted. None of the windows had been cleaned. So, all of the dead bugs were stuck to the windows and doors. This also should have been cleaned by the cleaning crew. There were also tons of spider webs on all of the bushes around the house and pool. All over the pool toys and midges and spiders all over the kayaks (that were all broken) and paddle boards (that were missing paddles). The master bathroom was horrible. Shower head was duct taped up, as well as a mirror. Toilet didn't work and was missing tiles. Rust on ceiling. Shower wouldn't drain due to drain full of hair. Two other toilets didn't work well. And dishwasher broken. Not worth 1000/night!!!! Ridiculous for condition.
