The main lakefront home is a sun-drenched showstopper with floor-to-ceiling windows, soaring ceilings, and panoramic water views. With 2 bedrooms, a charming bunk room, and 2 full baths, it comfortably sleeps 8 and features a modern open layout perfect for gathering. Step out onto the expansive deck to grill, unwind by the fire pit, or kick back with a cocktail as boats glide by.

The spacious guest house offers peek-a-boo lake views, 3 relaxing bedrooms, 2 full baths, and two cozy sleeper sofas, comfortably hosting up to 10 guests. The bright kitchen welcomes the sunrise each morning, while two separate living areas, a dining room, and full laundry ensure everyone feels right at home.

The third home — a charming little cabin — is perfect for a couple or small family. With a queen bed, pull-out couch, kitchen, and private deck, it’s a serene hideaway to enjoy quiet mornings or starlit nights.

Please Note:
***Pool heat is by request only***
***Must give 48hr notice! Any shorter notice is not guaranteed and will result in an additional $50 fee***
***90 degrees maximum heat temperature***
***In extreme cold weather typically between December-February the pool heat will not be super efficient. Especially when temperatures go below 50 degrees***
***$125/day and must be heated for the duration of the stay.***
***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. Keep in mind that this property sits in a cove where the water levels are not as high as other areas of the lake. When the lake is lowered it will be completely dry with no visible water at all.***

***Please note that the doorbell at the front door of the property is a Ring Video Doorbell used to monitor access when the property is unoccupied. For the privacy of our guests, there are no interior cameras.

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***

***If applicable: The outdoor kitchen sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***
