Great. 5 siblings ages 90 to 72 and some spouses, children were very comfortable in this house and it is beautiful. We enjoyed visits on the patio, under the cabana, at the kitchen table and entertaining at the dining table. Everything was spotless, kitchen was well furnished, appliances worked.

We had a great time and the house was more than adequate for all 13 of us. The house is very big and all the extra bathrooms were great. The management was very responsive to all questions that we had and we had no major issues. The house could use some general maintenance overall with faucets being loose and doors tough to close, but nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our family. Thanks for everything!

Walking into the house ones first impression is that it’s quite “grand”. But quickly you realize that this house has taken a beating. Floors are patched, several faucet fixtures leak and are loose, bedroom doorknobs were loose and didn’t latch properly, previous renters clothes were still in the dresser drawers so turnover cleaning is an issue, luke warm water, not hot water. Just many little irritating issues like that. It’s a rental so some of that is to be expected. More importantly, the back door (and to a degree the front door) doesn’t latch so we didn’t feel safe at night. We literally used the old chair under the door handle trick to “lock” the door. Ridiculous. Also the alarm system was a disaster. There are two different levels of alarms. At least every other hour the lesser, but still loud, alarm would sound including through the night. We figured out which button would shut it off, eventually. Then the absolutely intolerably loud alarm ( you had to run out of the house) also went off several times. Again got lucky and were able to shut it off ourselves. But of course you never knew when it might alarm again. We called the management and the guy came out but had no idea how to manage the alarm system. We should be due some $ consideration for these disruptions of our trip but none has been offered
