About this house rental
**Current restaurant construction located next to the property during working hours. If you plan to be out on the lake or exploring this will have little impact on your stay during the day**
Our 2020 remodeled 3 story, 5-bedroom house is perfect for a large family or a great group of friends! The entry level offers two bedrooms with two twin beds and a room with built in bunk beds that's great for kids. It also has a living room with a sofa sleeper and a full-size bathroom.
The second level features an open floor plan with a nice living area and satellite TV. Its spacious kitchen has a large island, a dining table that seats eight, and stainless-steel appliances. The French doors lead to a wraparound deck, fenced in backyard with a grill, fire pit, and swing set for the kids to play.
The third level contains one master bedroom with a king bed, attached bathroom and private balcony. It also has two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom right across the hall.
All together this house sleeps 16 people, has an attached carport with paved parking and a basketball goal for family fun. The Brady house is conveniently located near our camp store, basketball court, disc golf course, laundromat, and courtesy dock!

Guest is responsible for leaving the unit in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was found at arrival. The registered guest will be charged for any and all damages to the room found during or after departure.

We enjoyed all the different spaces! We spent a lot of time together outside by the fire pit, but when we were inside there was plenty of room for everyone.

Great location and really big sized house - perfect for a larger group. We only ended up using two of the rooms. Backyard was great for kids with a playset and fully fenced backyard. Nice location just a 5 min drive to the marina if renting a boat and basically across the street from the little store if you forgot anything. I would say that WiFi would be really nice as the cell service is poor. Also the water gets dangerously hot, maybe management could tweak the heater so it doesn’t. My husband burned his hand and could get scary for kids who can turn on the faucet but not adjust well. Lastly, very strong plug in air fresheners were used, which I wasn’t a fan of, so just unplugged and left a few windows open for a few hours and most of the scent cleared out.

We were pleased to see, we were closer to the water than we thought. This dock was right out the back. The water was clear enough, the kids enjoyed watching the fish & went fishing off of the dock.We rented a pontoon boat from nearby marina & the lake was beautiful, with a lot of small islands to stop at. Check in was easy. Plenty of bedroom space

The family gathering was great. The building was in need of some repairs. I told the lady in charge when we checked out.
