This gorgeous lake house features four bedrooms and a special game room with custom-built queen over queen bunk beds for comfortable adult sleeping. The master bedroom has a king bed and all other beds are queens. There are 8 beds in all. The master bathroom offers a soaker tub with views of the lake, and a tiled walk-in shower.

Step inside to discover a beautifully updated interior that pays homage to the 1920s. Period decor and rich colors create a cozy ambiance that invites relaxation and enjoyment. Energize your mornings at the coffee bar, offering drip coffee and a Keurig for a customizable caffeine fix.

A patio TV and LED fireplace sets the mood for evenings outdoors, while large windows provide breathtaking views of the lake. And we're the only vacation rental in Hot Springs to offer both a Traeger pellet grill and a Blackstone griddle for your grilling masterpieces!

Unfortunately this property is not available to rent to student groups. Families and groups of adults 25+ are welcome to book. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed.
***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

The house was wonderful, clean, and the covered patio overlooking the lake was a key feature. The kayaking, pool, and hot tub were highlights as well. Great responses from owners! Would recommend to others.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! The house is beautifully updated, the location and layout are perfect and the owners are great to work with. Great town to visit, nice lake and fishing…all in all an awesome stay-
The game room was a huge hit for the kids and the hot tub with tv outside was a hit as well. Definitely will be coming back!
