This 5-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Hot Springs. 4 King beds, one Queen bed, 2 queen sofa beds and 3 twins. Guests will enjoy a cool and spacious living area where everyone can relax comfortably. With three bathrooms mornings are hassle-free for groups of any size. The house sits right on the most beautiful quiet cove on Lake Hamilton. Right off the main channel, deep enough to host boats, has water year round, yet quiet and serene and away from the dangers of heavy boat traffic. Simple touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience to your stay. Whether you’re gathering for a meal in our fully stocked large kitchen or unwinding on the wraparound deck after a day of adventure, this lovely home offers a serene retreat. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. Whether bringing your own boat or renting one nearby- we have a neighborhood boat ramp just yards from the house. Tie up at the yard and come eat, then go back to your boating fun! Bring your Lilly pads or floats and take a nap on the quiet lake. Beautiful deep cove, off the main channel; perfect to relax and jump right in! We have 5 large bedrooms, all with large smart TV’s and 3 large restrooms, huge wrap around decks and tons of deck seating. Did I mention the game room?!?! Yes- on the lower level your group will find a nice pool table, foosball, pub table, and board games. French doors open to the lower deck, equipped with a swing and dining tables, corn hole, and access to the large flat yard and lake. Small children can dig for rocks at the bank in only a few inches of water. Parents can soak up the sun on a float, grands can watch their circus from the deck!

July 1-5, 2026This was a Christmas present for our family. There was a 4th of July tree and Santa even came. Best time ever! The house is awesome, there were 11 adults and plenty of room. Can’t even complain about the couple storms that came thru, other than getting all the stuff on the decks wet. They were awesome to watch. I can’t say enough good things about this place, we all loved it. Elizabeth is the best of the best hostess. She makes sure her quest are well taken care of. Would definitely go back. Keep up the good work. Elizabeth, you’re awesome!

This is a Beautiful property. Exactly as described. It’s just far enough out of town to be quaint and quiet, yet conveniently located a short drive from everything. Very spacious with enough privacy for everyone, and large enough areas to entertain the group. We had 10 adults and 1 young child, that all slept comfortably in beds, and there was room for more. Every thing you could think of is there. The back porch has a beautiful view for drinking coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evenings. The only hiccup we had was the mini split AC unit for the loft had a hiccup Saturday afternoon, I just knew we’d have to make sleeping arrangements…. NOT AT ALL… the owner had an AC guy out within an hour and it was back to 68 degrees before bedtime. Response times were seamless and communication was impeccable. 100% would recommend.

Amazing stay and perfect size for our large family! We will definitely return and would be disappointed to stay anywhere else! Both adults and kids were all super excited at the layout of the property. Hosts were exceptionally responsive.

We had the best time here! The house itself is so neat and the views are incredible! The outside deck is amazing with plenty of seating for everyone! The inside is absolutely gorgeous and the attention to detail is amazing! Plus they have it stocked with everything you could need! Owners have truly gone above and beyond, we will definitely be back!!
