OUTDOOR LIVING: Direct access to Lake Hamilton with main channel views, private boat dock, private seasonal swimming pool (saltwater, heated), hot tub, several covered outdoor decks, gas grill, 2nd fridge and ½ bathroom next to pool. Kayaks and paddle boards available for use during stay
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics & spices, multiple coffee makers (Keurig, French Press, Drip), dishware/flatware, Instapot, Crock-Pot, hot water kettle, toaster and toaster oven, margarita machine, island
DINING: Dining table that seats 8, bar seating that seats 5
GENERAL: Free WiFi, air conditioning, linens/towels, washer/dryer, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, hangers, keyless entry, access to kayaks and paddleboards
PARKING: Off street driveway (4 vehicles)

- No smoking. Evidence of smoking at the property will result in a $1,000 fine
- No pets allowed. Evidence of pets at the property will result in a $1,000 fine
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No loud or excessive noises after 10 PM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID is required upon booking

NOTE:
- Lake Hamilton’s level is reduced from early November to early March so access to dock is not available during this time. The lake can still be accessed for kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing.
- If bringing a boat or renting, boat must be docked on the side of the dock.
- Pool is closed from December through February.
- Your privacy matters to us. This property features exterior security cameras in the front and back of the house, facing out. They DO NOT look into any interior spaces
- The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- There is no gate around one side of pool which opens to the house. Adult supervision is required at all times

We needed a little R&R. This spot fit the bill. It was just 2 of us, but will plan another trip with our adult kids in near future. We didn't use the pool this time but did use the hot tub. It was great. Check in/out was easy.

The house was amazing. Everything was great except the grill didn’t work and then one of the houses next to us rented to a big party and well they were pretty loud and the sheriff had to come out but other than that it was nice to have the pool a little place to fish for my grandson and it was close enough for us to go sightseeing in Hot Springs and go look at crystals in the diamond mines

This property was perfect for our long weekend stay. We “old folks” took our daughter and her husband and our one year old grandbaby for a relaxing stay. We sat out on the balcony with our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening and just enjoyed the view. The “kids” had kayaks, paddle boats, and a game room for entertainment and of course we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything was very well stocked and thoughtfully laid out. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay again!!

This house was a great pick for our family! Very spacious and in a quiet area! The house, the pool, and the hot tub were clean. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of linen.There is a little cove safe for kayak, paddle boards, and pedal boats, or just hanging out in the lake with no worries. There are plenty life jackets of all different sizes.Great memories were made that will be treasured forever! Parents 25th Anniversary
