This family-friendly 2,500 square-foot home sits on a flat lot with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, 6 Roku TVs, a bright and airy screened-in porch, and a prime location right on the water. Boat, swim, fish, and play in Lake Hamilton, or go out and explore the trails at Hot Springs National Park! ***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.***
***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***
