About this house rental
This well-appointed, newly remodeled house has all the comforts of home. With 3 bedrooms, a bonus sleeping area, and two and half bathrooms, your group will have plenty of room to relax. The open concept main floor boasts a brand-new kitchen, large dining space and cozy living room with an antique stone (gas) fireplace. Also located on the main floor is the primary bedroom with a king bed and gorgeous ensuite bathroom. There is a powder room located on the main floor as well as a spacious side entry area for all your shoes, skis, and beach towels. This property features a large two-car garage that will allow you to keep your vehicle out of the elements.
The second level of this home includes two bedrooms, an office space, a full bathroom, a bonus room with games and additional sleeping space. The first bedroom has two queen-sized beds while the second bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed. The office can be used to work, if you have to, but could also be used as a mini nursery for the littlest of guests. The bonus room includes space to play and relax. There is a flat screen tv with gaming capabilities as well as a retro arcade game. The wrap around front porch features plenty of space to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over Lake Charlevoix. A fire pit is available for sharing scary campfire stories and cooking smores.
Boyne City’s beautiful Peninsula Park is a mere 2-minute walk away. This park includes a children’s splash pad, restrooms and a stretch of sandy beach. A 5-minute walk will take you into the heart of Boyne City’s renowned downtown areas. Enjoy music and other activities during the Friday Stroll the Streets (summer only) and you will want to book early for the “Best 4th in the North” and Boyne Thunder. Avalanche mountain is just a short bike ride away and you can ride several different mountain bike trails or hike the stairs to the top of the “mountain” for a panoramic view of Lake Charlevoix. If you visit in the wintertime, bring your sleds and enjoy an afternoon sledding at Avalanche Mountain. If you prefer skiing, this home is located 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain! Boyne Mountain also includes a large indoor water park that is open year-round, the Sky Bridge (suspension bridge) and award-winning golf courses.

The house was awesome! A very short walk to restaurants, shopping, beach and marina. A full service grocery store was about a mile away.At the marina, boats were always available when we inquired. There were plenty of towels and linens. Beds were super comfortable. The interior design was very tasteful with modern furnishings. There was dinnerware for more than a dozen people so we did not have to do dishes after every meal. A cooler and larger capacity cookware would have made the place perfect!!

A great location to enjoy a family vacation in Boyne City! Close to the lake with Peninsula Park beach and Veterans Park (farmers market, food truck event and concert) in walking distance. Our grandson loved the playground. Boyne City had nice restaurants, coffee shops, etc to enjoy.
