About this house rental
This spacious home will allow your friends and family to gather and enjoy everything Boyne City has to offer. A cozy hangout room for kids are just a few reasons your stay here will be fun and comfortable!
The main floor has a great layout and provides the opportunity to spread out and have separate areas for conversation and gathering. There is a king bedroom with an attached bathroom so stair-free living while staying here is no problem.
Upstairs you'll find three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kids have an additional 'hang out' room with a TV, game system and comfortable couch. We hope to provide opportunities for guests of all ages to enjoy the space, relax and make memories that last a lifetime!
The entire home is yours to enjoy. When you enter you'll find a great laundry room to set all of your recreational toys, coolers etc. The front porch is open seasonally (summer). Garage hangout is seasonal no heat, please ask for key.
Parking at the house is free and is off the main street. There is room for 3-4 vehicles. Two in the driveway and two in the grass between the sidewalk and the road. Street parking is not allowed overnight in the city.
We allow for 1 dog (pet fee applies) no other animals. No parties allowed.

It was an amazing location and enough room for my whole family. The host was very attentive and was wonderful to communicate with. My whole family fit great and we loved walking around town. Some things could be updated though, it’s an old home and has lots of character though!
