Our well-maintained cottage offers a perfect getaway for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for ample space and comfort. It features:
3 Cozy Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and plenty of storage to ensure everyone enjoys a restful night's sleep. Main level bedroom offers a King bed, upper bedrooms consist of one Queen room and one room with 2 Queen beds.
Modern Bathrooms: With two full bathrooms, you'll have all the convenience you need for your stay. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. You'll find everything you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals at the dining table which seats 6-8 and the kitchen table accommodates another 4 guests.
Relaxing Living Area: The spacious living area is perfect for unwinding. You can relax on the comfortable sofa, catch up on your favorite shows, or enjoy a book in the natural light streaming through the windows. The neighboring sitting room offers 2 reading chairs and a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. The door wall off of the sitting area leads to your very own private hot tub where you can soak and unwind after a long day of amazing adventures!
Outdoor Patio: Step outside to a charming patio area where you can sip your morning coffee, have a barbecue or bonfire, or simply bask in the fresh Michigan air.
Large Yard: Enjoy the large yard for some fun competitive corn-hole or volleyball. Great for boat storage and ample parking.
Covered Patio: Great space for reading, having a glass of wine or a cup of coffee protected from the elements. This area is also a great space for your beach chairs, toys or Ski/Ski boot storage.

We stayed 3 nights and beds were comfy and plenty of space to relax and talk. We could walk to downtown Boyne and enjoy the restaurants, shopping and sunsets.

We found the house to be very clean and nicely updated, it was a comfortable walk downtown to Boyne City for food and coffee. The location is convenient for exploring Northern Michigan around the lake in the summertime.
