Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable house "Villa Buena Vida". In the resort 1 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: natural state property with lawn and wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar, café 700 m, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station 750 m, ferry 3.4 km, sandy beach 2 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, surf school 1 km, sailing school 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Upea lomakoti isommallekin matkaseurueelle. Isot yhteiset tilat ja jokaiselle omaa rauhaa tilavissa makuuhuoneissa. Rauhaisa alue kävelymatkan päässä kaupungista. Helppo ruokahuolto, kun 2 kauppaa 150 m päässä. Meillä oli käytössä sähköpyörät, joilla pääsi helposti liikkumaan ympäristössä (XXX.com). Yläkerran terassilta hieno vuoristonäkymä ja toiselta yli kaupungin kohti linnaa. Denia oli sopivan kokoinen kaupunki, paljon kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Interhomen palvelut toimivat hyvin.
