For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: fitness room, lift. Public parking on the road. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 3 km pebble beach 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2 km, sailing school 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
