Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 750 m, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 500 m, children's playground 600 m.
"Schwalbennest II", 1-room apartment 20 m2, on the ground floor. Very simple furnishings: living/dining room 16 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), digital TV, flat screen and radio. Small kitchenette in the entrance 3 m2 (2 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony furniture, sitting area. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Parking at the house. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. There is no separate bedroom. This apartment is not suitable for elderly or mobility-impaired people.

Wir sind immer zu frieden ,haben uns aber dieses mal sehr über die fertig bezogenen Betten gefreut,die Geschirrtücher und spüli,auch die Abtrocknetücher waren noch richtig schön.positive Veränderung.nur der immer un den Rücken fallende klodecke hat genervt.das war nicht so schön .

Es konnte besser sauber gemacht werden (Spinnweben Bad und in der Dusche die Duschwand und ecken. Zum Schlafen konnten mal neue Kissen und Decken her..Ein neuer Besen könnte auch mal her.

Kleine Wohnung die völlig ausreicht, wenn man nur was zum Schlafen sucht und auf Luxusambiente verzichten kann.Es waren ein paar Mängel in der Sauberkeit und Instandsetzung, aber die wurden am selben Tag noch behoben. Der Hausmeister und auch die Reinigungskraft waren sehr freundlich.
