New for 2023:
Vinyl laminate flooring is now installed in all rooms, so there is no longer any carpet.
Two e-bikes (city bikes) are available for you in the shed. Batteries can be charged in the apartment.
New for 2022:
For the new season, I’ve purchased all-new bedroom furniture and completely replaced the flooring (wood-look vinyl laminate). The dining table and chairs are also new, and there’s now a 43-inch smart TV.
Dishwasher, comforters, and pillows. Balcony chairs, Wi-Fi, and a handcart are included, as well as 2 regular bicycles for free use.
A light-filled, spacious, and warmly furnished non-smoking apartment for up to 2 people on a quiet cul-de-sac, a 5-minute walk from the town center with shops, restaurants, the seal sanctuary, a swimming pool, and a playground.
1,000 m / 15-minute walk along a walking path to the beach. High-quality and practical amenities! Plus, the large south-facing balcony is perfect for sunbathing or as an additional dining area.
The apartment’s location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. A walking/biking path (Strandpadd) starts right at the house, allowing you to reach the beach and all other attractions in just a few minutes.
Restaurants and shops are also located in the immediate vicinity.
The seal sanctuary, Oceanwave, and the tourist information office—perfect for kicking off your vacation—are just a 5-minute walk away.
Bed linens and towels are provided upon request for an additional 25 euros per person. So you can arrive and simply start your vacation.
Free private parking is available in front of the house.

Alle Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Ruhige Lage der Wohnung. Die Betten im 1. OG ( nur diese wurden benutzt) sind nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich.

Geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, z.B. Geschirr waren ausreichend vorhanden.
Der persönliche Kontakt zum Vermieter war top. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen, gepflegten Wohnviertel, sodass man den Urlaub ab dem ersten Moment genießen kann.

Sonne, Wind, Wasser, gutes Essen, gute Ferinwohnung zentral gelegen. Balkon zum Entspannen. Was will frau mehr!
