Die Wohnung sowie das Haus sind in einem guten Zustand. Leider ist das Müllproblem unbewältigt. Die Restmülltonnen sind immer übervoll, wobei Katzen aus der Nachbarschaft gern mal nachsehen, ob was für die dabei ist. Dafür gibt es gelbe Tonnen, Papiertonnen und grüne Tonnen in sehr ausreichender Menge. Eine Abfuhr des Restmülls einmal im Monat ist nicht akzeptabel. Da müsste dann schon mal eine gelbe und eine blaue Tonne gegen Restmüll ausgetaucht werden.
Ansonsten ist die Lage genial, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in kürzester Zeit mitten im 'Geschehen, auf dem Deich und am Strand.
Ein tolles Feature in Norddeich sind die Wassertreppen, mit denen der Zugang zum Meer so einfach sind wie im Freibad.

insgesamt gut, auch zentral genug gelegen, da Fahrräder mit. Die Terrasse leider nicht gepflegt und gefegt, das war schade. Fliesen im Flur leicht locker, an zwei Türen die Klinken kaputt. Da ist nicht ordentlich kontrolliert und übergeben worden.....
